The Orlando Business Journal names three Tars among the city’s most effective and dedicated leaders.
Every year, the Orlando Business Journal recognizes the best business leaders in Central Florida. This year’s inaugural C-Suite Awards have identified 20 individuals as the region’s top leaders and outstanding performers in their areas of expertise, as well as for their contributions and commitment to their professions and the local community. Among the honorees are Stan Jones ’00MBA, Alexandra Robertson ’11 ’12MBA, and Teresa Sturges ’05MBA.
Honorees are nominated by their peers and are chosen based on a strong sense of leadership and commitment to their communities. To be eligible, nominees must be based in Central Florida and hold the following titles or equivalent positions in the local market: CEO, COO, CFO, or CMO.
This year’s Rollins honorees bring decades of industry-shaping expertise to the table as leaders in health, tech, and architectural development.
Stan Jones ’00MBA
For nearly three decades, Jones has served independently owned architectural agency Finfrock in its mission to become Central Florida’s premier all-inclusive design and building firm. As chief operating officer, he leads a team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals as they oversee projects from start to finish and develop innovative solutions for structured parking, office buildings, multi-unit residential complexes, hotels, and mixed-use facilities. Originally an engineer, Jones gravitated toward management, receiving his MBA from Crummer in 2000 and making the leap to overseeing Finfrock’s construction division soon after.
Alexandra Robertson ’11 ’12MBA
VP of Client Growth & Innovation (COO), XIL Health
After graduating from Rollins with a degree in economics and an MBA through the 3/2 Accelerated Management Program, Robertson was drawn to the complex and exciting world of tech. Inspired by the ways data can help people and businesses make better decisions and intrigued by ideas of new consumer-enhancing products, Robertson blends her passions and expertise as a leader at XIL Health. The top-tier company is a leading, woman-owned pharmacy technology business dedicated to giving businesses what they need to compete and win in today’s rapidly evolving health-care market.
