David Zajchowski, Rollins’ director of talent management, was recently honored with a Distinguished Service Award by the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR). The award recognizes individuals for exemplary long-term leadership and service to CUPA-HR and to the field of human resources in higher education. The organization’s regional Higher Education HR Awards recognize the best and brightest working in the field.
Zajchowski has held positions in the Rollins human resources department for more than 18 years, and during that time he’s been involved with CUPA-HR in multiple capacities. He led CUPA-HR’s Florida Chapter in multiple roles from 2003 to 2014 and has been a member of the Southern Region board of directors since 2014. Zajchowski has presented at state, regional, and national CUPA-HR conferences and was the recipient of CUPA-HR’s Meritorious Service Award in 2015 and CUPA-HR’s Southern Region Leadership Recognition Award in 2013. Previously, Zajchowski has been recognized by Rollins for his work on the College’s application tracking system implementation.
