7 Tars awarded scholarships by Women’s Executive Council

The Women’s Executive Council (WEC) of Central Florida has awarded seven Rollins students with scholarships for $1,972, an amount that honors the year the organization was founded. 

The awards align with the WEC’s mission to support women throughout Central Florida by offering them financial support in education. The winners represent a variety of disciplines and include women from the College of Liberal Arts, the Hamilton Holt School, and the Crummer Graduate School of Business.

Congratulations to the following recipients: Farahana Cajuste ’21, economics and public policy and political economy; Alexis Mendez ’22, health communications; Frances Turk ’20, elementary education; Madhavi Mooljee ’22, communication studies; Antonieta Lairet ’21, international business; McKenna Davis ’21, clinical mental health counseling; and Carla Cox ’21MBA.
