Rollins Recognized for Contributions in Diversity and Inclusion

The Rollins Diversity Advisory Council has been hard at work starting meaningful conversations around diversity and inclusion, emphasizing the importance of an institution-wide environment where diversity, equity and inclusion are integral parts of the culture.

The College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) recently published an article that highlights how Rollins is using the association’s Creating Inclusive Communities Project (CIC) to spark dialogue on campus. By learning from each other and engaging in opportunities to explore diverse intellectual, spiritual, and aesthetic traditions, we build global citizens and responsible leaders.

The full article will appear in the fall issue of The Higher Education Workplace magazine and is available on the CUPA-HR website.
