Two Rollins staff members have been recognized by the University of Central Florida as outstanding alumni. Jade Taylor and Juan Escobar made the school’s “30 Under 30” list, which recognizes graduates who have made significant contributions to their fields before turning 30. Escobar serves as the director of Rollins’ Residential Life team, while Taylor is the assistant director of the Center for Inclusion & Campus Involvement.
In a statement on the UCF website, Marley Hughes, chair of UCF’s Young Alumni Council, said, “At UCF we continue to showcase what a truly remarkable young alumni community we have with our 2020 30 Under 30 recipients. This year, as much as any in the past, we are impressed by the extraordinary things our young alumni are doing in their professional and civic communities. These young leaders continue to set an incredible example for our alma mater. On behalf of the Young Alumni Council, I extend my sincerest congratulations on this well-deserved accomplishment.”
