Associates in Rollins’ Center for Career & Life Planning (CCLP) have been recognized by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) for their outstanding achievements in college career services.
Among those recognized are Liz Bernstein, assistant director of internship programs, Cassie Burns, assistant director of alumni career engagement, Tiffany Cheatham, assistant director of career development, Denise Cordova, assistant director of employer engagement, Tami Diebel, coordinator, Zohra Fazal, associate director of career development, Allisa Gilliean-Crump, assistant vice president for student affairs, Denisa Metko, assistant director of student employment, Norah Perez, director of experiential learning, and Tricia Zelaya-Leon, director of career development. They each received an honorable mention in the category of Career Services Excellence at the organizations’s NACE Excellence Awards.
NACE represents almost 10,000 two- and four-year colleges and more than 3,500 employer members who hire college graduates.
To be eligible, the group submitted a presentation to the NACE award committee. Their entry, entitled “The Rollins College Center for Career & Life Planning: Transformative Career Preparation,” highlighted the many services and programs available to Rollins students and graduates through this key campus office.
