Stephenson Wins Foundation of Landscape Studies Book Prize

Professor of Environmental Studies Bruce Stephenson was recently named a recipient of a 2016 John Brinckerhoff Jackson Book Prize for his book, John Nolen: Landscape Architect and City Planner.

The prize will be presented on May 11 in New York City by the Foundation for Landscape Studies and will honor authors of recently published books that have made “significant contributions to the study and understanding of garden history and landscape studies.”

The book also received a five-page review in the April 2016 edition of Landscape Architecture Magazine.
