Maskivker publishes in Erasmus Journal for Philosophy and Economics

Political science professor Julia Maskivker recently published an article, “Why a Uniform Basic Income Offends Justice,” as part of a special volume on wage justice for the Erasmus Journal for Philosophy and Economics. Maskivker argues that a basic income should be sensitive to differences in initial wealth among the population, which traditional defenders of the proposal have not taken into consideration ever before.

The collection includes the work of philosophers, economists, and political scientists engaged in issues of distributive justice, many of them prominent figures in their fields.
