The Orlando Sentinel has recognized Rollins as one of Central Florida’s Top 100 Companies for working families.

Rollins College was ranked No. 3 for working families among companies that have 500 or more employees by the Orlando Sentinel.
Rollins has ranked in the top 20 for the last eight years in the annual competition, which is compiled by the Orlando Sentinel and published in a special section. Rollins’ was ranked No. 3 last year and No. 5 in 2013. The Top 100 list honors local companies that are most committed to family-friendly benefits, including flex time, home office setups, and on-site daycare.

Now in its 22nd year, the Orlando Sentinel’s Top 100 Companies for Working Families program recognizes companies in Central Florida that demonstrate a core commitment to family and work/life balance. Applicants are judged on their family-related benefits, work environment, communication network, and training opportunities.
