Rollins College was named among the top three college programs nationally for Leadership Development. The accolade comes from HR.com’s Leadership 500 Excellence Awards in the Educational Institution category.

For the past 30 years, Leadership Excellence—a publication dedicated to helping organizations grow and develop better managers and leaders, and now a part of HR.com—has identified and recognized the top 500 leadership organizations for their strategies and solutions. Rollins’ Center for Leadership Development was honored for its vision to support high-quality applied leadership educational experiences, so MBA graduates have the opportunity to become valued leaders in the larger business and social community. The Center is structured on four unique pillars of programming: leadership coaching, certification in leadership, a nonprofit board program, and experiential opportunities, all of which foster leadership development that positively impacts Rollins MBA students and their relationships.

“It’s an absolute honor to not only be named as part of the Leadership 500 listing, but for our leadership development program to be recognized as number three nationally,” said Tom McEvoy, interim dean of Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business. “It is a testament to how our Center for Leadership Development enhances personal leadership attributes and develops those skills for the innovative leaders of tomorrow.”

Crummer was selected from 150 educational institution nominees reviewed by HR.com. Ranking was then determined by students and alumni of the program who voted through social media.
